About our "Schwaige":

• On arrival, the apartments are available from 14.00 clock. 
  On departure day we ask you to leave the apartments at least at 9.30 am.
• In our apartments there is a general smoking ban!
• Payment options: You have the option to pay in cash or by check. We do not accept credit cards!
• With a down payment from 100.00 to 200.00 € is a book binding
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the whole stay time!
• The final cleaning is € 40.00 per apartment!
• The local tax is charged separately.
  
  

Regulatory roadblock:

• The Seiser Alm road is generally closed to our guests from 10:00 - 16.00 clock to all traffic.
• On arrival and departure days, there is no time limit!
• On arrival day do not stop at the checkpoint, but directly to go to our Schwaige, then we present the travel permit for your car.
